Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pyrecigars.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tobacco products from PYRE Cigars. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We verify age at checkout and reserve the right to cancel orders where age cannot be verified.

Tobacco products are for adult use only. Do not purchase tobacco products for minors.

Products & Pricing

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we will contact you before processing.

Product descriptions and tasting notes are provided for informational purposes. Individual taste perception varies. We do not guarantee that your experience will match described flavor notes.

Orders & Payment

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

All payments are processed securely. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping & State Restrictions

We comply with all applicable laws regarding interstate shipment of tobacco products, including the PACT Act. We are unable to ship to states with tobacco shipping restrictions. It is your responsibility to verify that tobacco products may be legally shipped to your location. See our Shipping Policy for details.

PYRE Club Subscriptions

PYRE Club subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.

You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before the 25th of the month to stop the next billing cycle. Cancellations after the 25th will take effect the following month. Refunds are not issued for subscription charges already processed.

Health Warning

Tobacco products are harmful to health and are known to cause cancer, cardiovascular disease, and other serious conditions. Tobacco is addictive. By purchasing from PYRE Cigars, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that you are an adult making an informed personal decision to use tobacco products.

Intellectual Property

All content on pyrecigars.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of PYRE Cigars or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PYRE Cigars is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
