Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days typically ship same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a UPS tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Seasonal Shipping Policies
Summer (May–September)
We strongly recommend UPS 2-Day shipping during summer months. Cigars are sensitive to heat — prolonged exposure above 85°F can damage wrapper leaves and accelerate tobacco degradation. Standard ground shipping may expose packages to high temperatures in transit vehicles and warehouses.
Winter
During periods of extreme cold, we may hold orders to prevent wrapper cracking. We'll notify you if your order is affected and offer to hold or reship when conditions improve.
Freshness Guarantee
Every order ships from our climate-controlled humidor storage maintained at 68–72°F and 65–70% relative humidity. Every shipment includes a Boveda humidity pack to maintain freshness during transit.
If cigars arrive damaged or not in perfect condition, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will reship at no charge.
PACT Act Compliance
PYRE Cigars complies fully with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act. All interstate shipments of tobacco products are properly registered and reported to applicable state tax authorities. Adult signature is required at delivery on all tobacco orders.
