Questions
When does my box ship?
All PYRE Club boxes ship between the 1st and 5th of each month. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your box ships.
Can I skip a month?
Yes — log into your account and skip any upcoming month before the 25th of the prior month. No fees, no questions asked.
What if I don't like a cigar in my box?
We stand behind our curation. If a cigar arrives damaged or you're genuinely disappointed, email us and we'll make it right.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before the 25th of the month to stop your next shipment. No cancellation fees.
Do you ship to all states?
We ship to most US states. A few states restrict tobacco shipping — check our shipping page or we'll notify you at checkout if your state is restricted.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes — change your tier anytime from your account dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
